- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item:

- Once received, we will ship your replacement item
7. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
