How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at support@zenlioo.com if you need assistance.
Do you offer bulk discounts?

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 days) and overnight shipping options are also available at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on our website or the carrier’s website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international locations. International shipping typically takes 10-20 business days. Additional customs fees may apply.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos (for damaged items). We’ll resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
